Although I was born to be an artist and majored in art in college, it wasn't until the end of 2001 that I put down my foot and picked up my art brush. I painted and entered a watercolor for a local exhibit and competition. I won Best of Show which allowed me to have a solo exhibit in which I managed to attract a large crowd (for a small town) and enjoyed the thrill of selling numerous paintings opening night.
